Over the holiday break in Texas I was hanging out with one of my buddies in Fergus & Geronimo telling tour stories. On one night of their tour last year they played with Florida’s Surfer Blood. I was skeptical at first when he was telling me about a Weezeresque/Lo-Fi/Rock group, as I should be. (Not to mention their name was Surfer Blood, which after becoming mildy obsessed with this band I now love.) Anyways… my skepticism was silenced 30 seconds into the single “Swim” and I was sold. To sweeten the deal I also posted this awesome remix of “Swim” by Allen Blickle of Baroness. Be sure and see them in DC on February 24th at DC9 and in Texas at SXSW.
