Phoenix – Love Like A Sunset (Animal Collective Remix)

Phoenix is releasing a collection of “Wolfgang Amadeus” remixes by such artists as YACHT, Chairlift, Passion Pit, Friendly Fires and much, much, more. Here’s Animal Collective’s, or I should say Deakin’s, remix of “Love Like A Sunset”. The collection is set to release digitally on Glassnote Records October 13th.

First off, I have to apologize for not being able to post. I just moved to our nation’s capital for Grad School. Hopefully you will be getting many DC/East coast related posts. Phaseone has been causing a fuss via the tubes of the internet with remixes of indie artists such as Animal Collective and Panda Bear. (Check out the Animal Collective “Daily Routine” remix below) I scored the new album from a great blog Porch of the Mystics. You can zip the file there. If you are into transy big beat electro pop, this record is for you. I pulled one of my favorites from the record. The intro sounds like the alarm noise when you are in danger on Starfox… how cool is that?
