To be perfectly honest, I do not really know much about Games. I know they are from Brooklyn and have released a few mixtapes via their blog. They have that great chillwave (ugh hate that word, it sounds like some sort of designer drug) sound. Brooklyn’s Yeasayer just dropped their new single, “Ambling Alp” from their upcoming album Odd Blood to be released this February. I was a big fan of their 2007 full length All Hour’s Cymbals. This new track is cut from the same cloth as All Hour’s Cymbals but also explores some new sounds and a more hi-fi production style. I am very optimistic about their next record. Enjoy! |
