Yo! I wanted to bring some MUCH needed attention to a very cool EP from Little Dragon. The EP features the track “Ritual Union” plus three remixes. By far my favorite of the bunch is the Tensnake remix. This track pushes all my buttons. The slow build, the painful and emotional vocals and the huge drums. Perfect for getting deep on the dance floor. Finder’s credit goes to Chris Burns of DC DJ fame. Get the EP on iTunes here and enjoy!

The L.A.-based post-rock multi-instrumentalist Seven Saturdays‘ video for “True Romance (Teen Daze Remix) is a prefect depiction of Los Angeles life. In fact, I don’t even think director Benjamin Gauvain Hoste sped the footage up at all (okay, maybe a little bit), but seriously…L.A. is intense.

Keep Shelly in Athens is back! Well, of course they are, as they keep on dropping new tracks an impressive rate. This time, one of newdust’s favorite instrumental producers Solar Bears are on the receiving end of the KSiA treatment with “Cub” from their 2010 album “She Was Coloured In”. The result is a stunning remix with a lot of influences under its belt, from a mediterranean breeze that blows throughout the track to a new-wave touch taken to some beautifully dramatic heights. I guess this is what you get when you combine Solar Bears’ mastercrafted signature and this KSiA special something that turns everything they touch into gold.
