The Buckinghams – Kind of a Drag

The Buckinghams are one of the many pop bands from the late 60’s that got lost in The Beatles shadow. “Kind of a Drag” was released in 1967, amidst Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band & The Magical Mystery Tour. It did, however, top the Billboard Hot 100 chart in February of ‘67. I stumbled across this video and ever since then I’ve had this song in my head. The chorus is great!
